The holistic approach of Bowen therapy addresses discomforts by employing cross-fibre moves over the fascia and trigger points. This releases the soft tissue, which in turn facilitates self-healing. Born, raised and now living back in Toowoomba, I have been a professional Bowen Therapist for over 17 years. I hold a Diploma and a Cert IV in Bowen Therapy. My qualifications are in Bowtech, Facial Kinetics and Myopractic. My skills in these modalities have been honed in respected clinics across Queensland and in my own private practice. Additionally, I undertake continuing professional education on a regular basis to maintain, improve and broaden my knowledge and clinical expertise.
